Is this not normal? I go the full night without moving usually.
No, I think the normal thing is to move around while you sleep, and not have to fully wake up in order to move. Maybe it’s a medication side-effect for you too?
Maybe. Weird. I never bothered noticing before, but Mr. Star says I sleep like a vampire. I’ve been on Geodon since I’ve known him.
I hate them! I got one for my partner. They love it, but it just makes me feel trapped and panicky.
I too have to wake up fully in order to change sleeping positions. But I wake up so much during the night as it is that it’s normally not a problem.
I know it started with Seroquel for me because that’s when I started sleeping on my arm etc. for hours and waking up with the most intense tingling pain and an almost blue arm.
But now I’ve adapted and that doesn’t really happen anymore. I just always wake up in the same position I fell asleep in.
My boyfriend on the other hand clearly moves around a lot without waking up.
I used to wake up all the time too before Seroquel. In the beginning I wet my bed a few times because I just didn’t wake up at all.
Alright I’m loving the weighted blanket!! Been lying in bed for the last hour feeling very calm and comfortable, we will see if I continue to like it or not. Can’t say it’s super warm though but that could be a nice thing for summer days.
I would love a weighted blanket but it’s so expensive
