Weight (healthy) goals

If you like to count calories, do you acomplish the amount of calories you set for the day? Do you fail most of the times? Why?

i used to count calories but i don’t anymore. i just eat twice a day. lots of carbs and they fill me up. i don’t get that hungry anymore, so don’t overeat, and my weight stays stable. i eat a little more if im active, like doing yard work or working out.

counting calories works though for me. but i try not to worry about it anymore, and i just eat when im hungry.

I don’t count calories I just try eat healthy now since being on HRT I seem to be loosing weight

Its important to count calories to be aware what you eat. When i eat I always try to remember when i ate last and what.
