I’m on zyprexa and seraquile I gain 30 kg in 3 months but the medication has vertualy stopped my phycosis so I just accept my flabby belly

I have struggled with that the entire time I’ve taken antipsychotics. I have had some varied success with diets such as the ketogenic diet that I had to quit due to stomach acid problems. Unfortunately I tend to yo-yo on my weight and in the long run have been losing the war. I find that when I eat vegetables, fruits, and stay away from sugar is when I have the most success. One thing that’s helped is to always drink water as a beverage. That will slow the weight gain. But if you lose the war you can look around you and find that many normies have lost the war as well and that there are people who will accept you.

And run sprints

Metformin + diet changes has stopped my weight gain on clozapine. I’m slowly losing weight.

I gained 40 pounds in two months from Invega.

I have gained 20 kg on Zyprexa…Now i am on Amisulpride…!!! The weight is still not going down…!!!
