I slept so well in the cool air. Feel great today.
I am starting to suspect high temperatures exacerbate my positives. These last 8 weeks I haven’t been well and the heat wave coincided with this.

It’s certainly much better where I am. We didn’t have rain for 10 weeks. I don’t really like heat too much. Apparently the August Bank Holiday is going to get hot again, so not out of the woods yet!
