Yeah true. I also heard that that tactic helps with public speaking anxiety. A trick is to only look and focus and talk towards one person from the crowd at a time. Instead of focusing on and addressing the whole crowd at once. This can be used while socialising within a group of people too.

Thats awesome! I always assumed that having anxiety issues as a recovering sz person was basically unavoidable.
Maybe you need exposure therapy, force yourself into uncomfortable situations, you should get better at it. I think a therapist can help, there are also meds for social anxiety
Yeah exposure therapy would be the go. Im not used to being very social these days.
