Nearly 40 years after seeing the original top gun.
It was slightly emotional for me which I wasn’t expecting. Especially the scene where maverick meets “iceman” again.
I was left wondering what I’d done in the last 40 years really. And I don’t think I have an answer to that.
I think the film even speaks to the extent to which we still have the potential in us to do great things later in life. Maverick’s character is 60 in the film and still finds love
I did not expect the sequel to be so much better than the original. It was exceptionally well-crafted.
