I came home today after my walk and started watching YouTube.
After about a few minutes, I felt it was hard to breathe.
Soon after, I started getting a tightness in my chest, followed by my heart starting to squeeze.
I swear if I didn’t have Taurine and Propranolol at hand I would have had a heart attack and collapsed.

The same thing happens to me when I have a panic attack,

No no, it was a panic attack.
I didn’t realise a panic attack was so alike in symptoms to a heart attack. If it was me I probably would have called emergency number thinking it was a heart attack.
Hope the withdrawals don’t last too long.
