My stomach pain has been back. And with a vengeance.
I just got back from the doctors. I have a temperature. I’ve been given 2 lots of antibiotics to treat infection in my womb……which I think the coil caused.
Not happy here. I’ve been told if I get worse over weekend go to hospital for IV antibiotics

I hope you feel better soon. Don’t hesitate to go to the hospital if it doesnt seem like the oral antibiotics are.enough. IV antibiotics usually work faster.
@Qwerty , I had a feeling that’s what happened. That’s why I asked about it. I’m so sorry you’re going through that. Don’t be afraid to call your Dr after hours or to go to the ER if you get worse.

Thanks guys. Just woke up. Pain still there. Going to take another antibiotic soon as I want to have a good start to them today.

Morning guys. Just taken my 3rd dose of antibiotics. Rough night in pain and discomfort.
If no better later I’m going to go back to the hospital as the GP is closed until Monday.
I’m worried they will see my mental health records and say it’s all in my head.
I think they will take it seriously – just let them know you had to have the coil removed and are currently being treated for infection with antibiotics prescribed by your GP.

2 hours since the 3rd dose and I’m feeling quite a bit better. But it seems to come and go in waves. I’m hoping it won’t come back.
