Warning in the news about Temu app!

I just saw on CBS news that the cheap Temu app for buying clothes and all sorts of other products at a great price steals all your info from your other apps on whatever device you use it on! The news report said the warning came from the Better Business Bureau.

I just deleted the app from my phone and signed up again for credit lock and identity protection.

I stick to Aliexpress and Amazon but mostly buy in store, mostly Costco.

I feel like most apps do stuff like that dont they? I heard tiktok is one of the worst for it.
