So i lost 45 pounds in the past year, now my metabolism is so much higher i am going back to the old higher dosage.

not me, i am going back on a high fat diet to gain weight. it slows the pulse rate of the heart?

which stable experience led you to ever be on medication?
With your pdoc’s approval?
Weight loss comes on clozapine after certain time.It’s on and off.In your case,you must wait at least 3 years to lose weight.I suggest yogurt .Drink 2 liters a day in small amounts.I lost 12 kg of my weight.Or try reducing dosage with your psychiatrist,but dose in clozapine doesn’t matter.
