Nicotine definitely bolsters cognitive performance. I don;t smoke but I enjoy snorting snuff.

4mg gum, but the tolerance develops quickly, so have to take breaks. Helps in several ways, except makes anxiety worse, and don’t even try in cold weather. Expensive. Addictive. Stimulant penis!

Does it help depression ? I smoked legal CBD from a shop and got psychosis for 2 weeks, i had to up my abilify to 25 mg… very weird

Don’t know, but it seems to improve memory and especially concentration for me. I think we’re predisposed to use it because it helps with cognitive decline and negatives.

No, 4mg for as much as the effect lasts. Not something to be taken lightly for those that are not used to it. Gum comes in 2mg and 4mg doses.

Initially maybe two hours, but everyone is different. The more often you use it, the more tolerance builds up and then it doesn’t feel like much even for 15 minutes.

I vape 40mg/mL nicotine salts for fun. Its not helping with negative and cognitive symptoms. My memory and thought blocking are still bad.

You might want to ask your doctor about other partial agonists rather than abilify if you couldn’t tolerate it, or something else, like Modafinil in addition. With me we tried lowering dosages, but it ended up being just schizophrenia, not abilify that’s causing my negatives.
