Waiting to see the psychiatrist

In the waiting room waiting to see my psychiatrist. She’s late again and I’m her first patient for the day. I hate how I’m at her mercy all the time

while you wait do something productive like go over what things want to address with her grab a pen and paper and write them down so that you dont forget you can also doodle when ur finished with that :wink:

i hate being the first too, it was hard when I saw this one psychiatrist. It was like I was the first victim of her bitch rants. once she yelled at my partner, about my partner worrying over me getting addicted to valium.

usually if I have some time on my hands before an appointment I go through in my head what I want to talk about.

wow im glad you were able to get a new psychiatrist you might want to tell someone about her behavior now thats youve stopped seeing her so she doesnt do that to anyone else .

I reported her to the clinic, she then switched to a different location and I see a new one who I see through Skype. its a little weird to see a doctor through a computer but I find she is less intimidating.

That’s great, i’m glad it went well. I find some docs use intimidation a bit by making themselves seem smarter and you feel dumber.
