Don’t give the voices any credibility. They’re just part of your mental illness.
I went through a period of 2 years where the voices told me stuff like that specifically like every day, then it just went away. I seriously haven’t dealt with it since 2017. They are just nice most of the time and sometimes call me ugly or tell me I’m lousy, which is rare, but they stopped that hell crap a long time ago.
Maybe it’ll stop for you eventually too, if you can just get through it.
Your voices seem to tell you a lot of stuff you can’t prove or disprove. It’s all bogus.
The voices get a kick out of screwing with your expectations.
Just objectively ask yourself if anything you’ve done warrants some kind of after-death punishment. 99.99% chance you haven’t.
Still better than binge watching NCIS, which has been the last two weeks of my life.
