Voices kept saying i had AIDS/HIV. Went to go get checked. All clean, no HIV

Omg mine tried to tell me the same thing once that I had chosen to be single cause I probably got something which I don’t. They were making me feel bad for being unprotected once

Pro tip: You can safely ignore anything and everything the voices say because they’re not real. They have no power except that which you give them. Pay them no attention and have a cup of tea, play a game, or watch the telly. Better use of your energy.

I was off my meds last summer and heard doctors thru the wall who were discussing my “ventricular fibrillation” and my imminent death. I got so scared that I called 911 cuz I didn’t want to die alone. It was all a hallucination coupled with delusions.
