Sometimes i get voices that seem to be inside my head rather than outside of me. Last night my bf came over after i got off work and i was over stimulated and that makes my voices worse. I think it was the first time hes seen me respond to voices. A few times i thought he said something but it was in my head. I also kept hearing a different voice and kept asking him if someone else was here
That sucks. How did he handle that? What was his response?

He was supportive . Just kept reassuring me that no one else was in the house. He knows how severe i can get so i dont think he was surprised. Hes seen me react to visual hallucination before and hes always super calm about it

He has bipolar and hallucinates too just not as badly as me
