Yesterday, I heard a

definite voice, referring to me, that said, “She’s sooo happy.” It was a mocking voice and it startled me. It wasn’t an audibe voice but more internal. Like a thought but not a thought.

I happen to be going through a lot of relationship stress right now and I’m very touchy and heartbroken. That’s contributing.

I’m sorry you getting breakthrough symptoms . I’m going through relationship stress too. I’m heartbroken too and want to leave my husband so I understand how hard relationship stress can hit one. I’ve been in hospital so many times because of my stressful marriage making me unhappy

Hugs :hugs::hugs:

I often wonder why my mind does such things? Do I really hate myself? I ask because I have had problems with self hatred but it’s just not that simple when it comes to auditory hallucinations. I get hurt feelings over such shet.

A voice shouldn’t have a stage. It doesn’t make it more interesting.
Much can happen with real voices from real people. Your voice is not the real deal.
If things are going your way, you wouldn’t care about your hallucinations, or unexpected thought insertions. But if things don’t go your way, tell me: Why is it now, that You make the mistake.

It was indeed real voices from a real person that ultimately led to the mocking hallucination, so, you’re right.

Thanks @ZmaGal .

I’m sorry you’re hearing a voice. It’s been awhile since I have heard mine. The voice I heard last was friendly.

I don’t really know what to write about voices. But for me it was always a slow buildup until I got into that terrible psychological state when the hallucinations can start. So guys talk all about voices but these people are always so messed up. What’s the root cause of your problem? The voice is late stage cancer with a couple more days to live.

@Halozination I think the root cause of my “problem” is that my girlfriend just told me that she doesn’t want me in her life anymore. This, when the previous night she held me, looked me in the eyes and told me she loved me and would stay with me forever.

Yes, with my voices they immediately sense when you are at your most vulnerable, and move in for the kill so to speak. When I’m not at my best, they move in quickly. I’m guessing that has something to do with what’s happening with you. Do you occasionally get voices of any kind? I mean other than that one

I usually get garbled, unintelligible voices that seem to come out of the noise from the dishwasher, furnace, or a/c. These don’t bother me and are more what I understand as normal. @Cragger
