I was reading the above article and got to thinking. Is if you can visualize an image key to knowing if you’ll have visual hallucinations for a sz person? For instance, I can’t visualize images and also don’t have visual hallucinations. Let’s put it to the test? Try to picture an apple then reply if you can visualize it and also say if you have visual hallucinations. I’m particularly interested in those who are not able to visualize things.

I can visualize anything I want to and I have visual hallucinations that I see with my eyes though. Not in my head

I can visualize an apple and I do not have visual hallucinations.

I can visualize pretty much anything in my head, except certain people’s faces for some reason. I have visual hallucinations, but like @TomCat said, I see them with my eyes. They aren’t just something I visualize.

To spell, I have to visualize the words; I visualize everything. And yes, I have visual hallucinations.
