is it good to for someone taking zyprexa playing video games like howgarts legacy cyberpunk call of duty modern warfare 2 or even psvr2 games i think it helps the mind to be in shape just better than watching a youtube video thats not educated, send fotos of yours favorite game
From my experience with them, video games can be a worthwhile hobby. I’d wager they’re even better than reading self help literature. But, and this may be a Gen Xer thing, I did outgrow them. It seems that you get a bunch of mature adult life experience under your belt, and they just go. Especially since I was a mature player, even the story lines stopped being intellectually satisfying.

Yeah it’s fine I play video games all the time. Gaming has gone downhill over the past 10 or so years and it’s all about draining people’s wallets for digital assets. My friend recently had her Steam account hacked and lost gun skins worth a lot. No way to get it back.
I’ve played video games since the arcade’s and the button bashing in the 1980s. I’ve a PS4 VR set up now. I’d agree that gaming is positive for mental health.
