Veganism - intentions, imperfections, and how are you doing?

im rubbish at it
i have a leather sofa and a rabbitskin
leather boots and a snake handbag
a purse made of horse
but
now i see i have to give up all that
last time i tried to stay away from skins i bought sandles by mistake

my diet is dam near perfect with a tiny disgusting corner of cheese once a week and a spospaghetti Bolognese cat portion tasting for cooking it for husband

I tried vegan for a few months but it was too hard so I went back to vegetarian. I eat eggs, yoghurt and cheese for protein, and otherwise drink soya milk and eat lentils. I’m a committed vegetarian for some time now and intend to be for the rest of my life

i was strict for 6 months
perfect in fact that i know of
i felt weak in the end and even stopped beimg veggie for a long time

im doing a ketogenic vegan sugar free fast at the moment
i think there is no perfectionism with that challenge because it is too hard but chocolate or biscuits
need to stay off that stuff
congrats for veggie
it is better if you limit dairy and eat lentils you are already doing that
i was veg for ten years before the vegan thing last time (12 yrs ago)

6 years is a lot more than most
congrats

if i get close to that ibwill be happy as hell

I don’t prepare my own meals and my parents don’t subscribe to it, but someday I hope to make this change.

Vegetarian TV dinners may be what my future holds, and I’m ok with that.

There are so many great reasons to try. (Wish I could cook but my deficits really hold me back with that.)

I respect veganism and vegetarianism but I need my meat for health reasons. I’ll be one of the first to jump on board the lab-grown meat bandwagon, since killing animals bothers me.

I don’t think I could ever be a vegan but i could do vegetarianism. I don’t eat a lot of meat anyway and would prefer lab grown meat when they finally make it. I hate the killing of any animal. What meat I do eat I try to the best of my ability to make sure it is free range and cage free. I’m impressed by those here who are already vegetarian. Such a good lifestyle choice.
