Its sad but i dont know why anyone would expect any different with a diet like that.

The titles for this story are misleading.

For one she had anorexia and was obviously struggling with that.

Also, she dry fasted for days at a time and didn’t drink water for like 6 years.

But the diet didn’t kill her and actually it was a cholera-like infection that did.
