Mentally overly worked and persistent confusing thoughts for the past 20 sleepless years.
I started 3 months ago to eat pretty much, vegan and now mentally I’m in a good space
My depression rate is still 36 outta 40
My anxiety is 30 outta 40
But my stress is only 22
I wSs a vegan for four years for the animals then the environment.
Now I eat a egg once a week or so to keep my iron levels up because I was iron deficient but apart from that I’m as cruelty free as I can be avoid dairy and leather etc
If you are going to be vegan you need to sake vitamin b12 supplements and possibly vitamin d and iron.
I know about B12
Generally it’s recommend for everyone over 50 for no one gets enough
But didn’t know about iron and vitamin d
Why the iron isn’t there enough for the human in green leafy vegetables
I heard saying your vegan tells me what you don’t eat but do you healthy that’s another story for many
I’m pretty healthy.
