Been having a lot of episodes lately and asked my doctor for a raise in medication. I hope this works. Will keep everyone updated with how I’m doing.

Honestly cant see much difference at current levels past previous

How much clozapine are you on?
100 AM and 450 PM
But I take the liquid
Probably should have gone back on the tablets as now I know after endoscopy I have a hiatus hernia that makes me sick
Update: I seem to be doing better, but still have the feeling people hate me, especially on this site.

That’s a hefty dose. Its a great medicine though.
Im getting moved up to 200mg twice a day.
Anyone have tricks to deal with the constipation?
My voice seems better on it, fingers crossed for continued improvement
I don’t get constipation, but I get tiredness. That’s why I have to take the majority of my medicine at night

I take 75 mg during the day and 175 mg before bedtime.

Hi. What symptoms of hiatal hernia do you got?
It’s a sliding hernia so I think what they said is that it moves?
Basically I can’t go to sleep for 3 hours without eating otherwise the stomach acid gets in my throat and I wake up throwing up
On a medication that should help but still can’t eat before sleep
What med do you take and in what dose? I take pantoprazole 80 mg/day.
I take clozapine. I used to take 600mg at night but now I have 600 mg at night and 100 in the morning

Just had a fall today after a good one. Having delusions that if I ignore the signs they give me that they will hurt me and screw me over. I know it’s not true but is scaring me into believing it.
