I took her to an Irish pub. She had three rum and comes. And chicken wings. I had Cajun salmon and green tea. She’s extroverted so she did alot of the talking for me. Unfortunately I had a lot of psychosis three years ago so my cognition is ratched. I have a hard time being aggressive and using my brain to talk intelligently. But I’m gonna keep trying with her. When I drove her home she got out of the car without letting me kiss her. We both just couldn’t bring ourselves to do it I guess. She’s schizophrenic too by the way. I keep wondering if she notices that I have rather serious brain issues. But I guess she can’t tell maybe she can tell when I get stuck on words. I drove her back to her group home. She’s still in the system. Next time I’ll take her to my apartment.

I bet she wants to kiss you as much as you want to kiss her. I hope you can work out this problem and reach an understanding and do a little kissing!

Some mentally ill women have difficulty with intimacy (and so do some men) and you don’t need to push her too fast. If you try to take her to your apartment be careful with how you treat her. She will let you know when it’s time to be intimate and not kissing you upon leaving may or may not be rejection.
Make sure she kisses you before you buy her presents like you said in other posts
