Now that I’m quarantined with my husband at home, I haven’t had the motivation to exercise. I could easily do exercise videos. I need to pull it together and do it. I guess what bothers me most is the cameras the my house. I don’t feel like putting on a show for them

I used to think there were cameras everywhere. I don’t anymore, that delusion went away thankfully.
There really aren’t cameras in your house. But I know what it feels like to think there is.

I also suffer from delusions too, i understand, it just delusions, i believe something really bad is going to happen, i believe the fbi and police are tracking me down. My counselor gave some grounding and breathing techniques. if you want to know, hit me up.

I just started therapy. She told me what to do, but it doesn’t help me enough. I’ll keep doing it though. Maybe it just takes practice

During my psychosis I thought there were cameras everywhere like I was on a TV show. I got so fed up with “being a celebrity.”

I can relate. The men won’t quit watching me and following me. It’s so frustrating. I just want privacy

How long has this been going on? Are you on meds? I believe it’s just a delusion

If it’s illness why doesn’t any APs take it away. I’ve tried tons of them. And I’m not a candidate for clozapine so I don’t know what to do. They must be real because they never go away
I’m on 10 mg of Haldol. I’ve tried like 12 or 13 meds. They’ve been following me since 2008
@LilyoftheValley you are med resistant …keep working at it…have you tried fluphenazine (generic prolixin) it works wonders for me…

Actually I have tried perphenazine and fluphenazine . It didn’t help

Back when I was on Medicaid I tried lots of expensive APs, and none of them made the men go away
