For the last three nights I’ve been having these empty sad dreams. I must be unhappy? I guess I am a little…can’t figure it out…anyways…I awake and try to shake it off but it lingers all morning…kind of haunting me.

I can relate, a lot of my dreams are negative. I hope they stop for you.

With me the patch cussed me to dream scary things. And after a drinking beeng I got a teast of wild dreams that made sence to others but not me. Maybe one pill of something you are taking is let you sleep.

For the last 2 nights, @jukebox, I’ve had dreams about current things. It makes me happy, cuz reliving drama trauma was wearing me out!
I almost feel giddy… whoop whoop!
