I think it’s fair to point out that Randy Andy has gotten away with too much with too few consequences.
The UK prisons capacity is 98% full. Their scrapping sentences under 12 months and releasing prisoners early.
I hope it goes international…they aren’t ever going to stop once they start.

Could not agree with you more. 
You mutilate people like that and you risk doing it to innocent people. Do it to just one innocent people and it’s… just not worth the risk. Pills are fine, not surprised they go this route.

This sounds like a great option as long as they really make sure they take the meds. Obviously it’s case dependent but I feel bad for some of these people. A lot of them where hurt as kids and others fight tooth and nail before they finally brake and do something unforgivable.
