Wat I like about 111 is that waiting times on the phone, in my experience have not been extremely long. Which I was actually impressed by.

They have linked people in Sussex to the local helpline for a while now

111 answer quick but the MH people maybe 45 mins if it’s busy

Probably better than the local Borough’s Crisis Line we have to use here. I pray it dont get spread too thin.

I am so happy you guys have this option now, it makes such a difference especially at night when alone, i have used this service a lot in the last few years, it is very good, i also love other places like breathing space & samaritans.
