Thats over £106 a 4/week month for me. I think U.K benefits are very generous. I have a very low cost of living/outgoings so that £106 is extra money for me.

I prefer UK system over the US. But neither is perfect but your government does to try to help more people.

@bobbilly Can you please stop gloating as to how well off you are/will be. Many are just as deserving as you, but struggle to make ends meet. They’re not in the ultra privileged position of being able to have several quite expensive holidays a year.

My supported living manager announced our monthly bills are going up again so I won’t probably see any of this increase.
