Yeah it’s Saturday and I’m not doing jack. I don’t hear voices but negatives did me in socially.

@TheVoices that’s unfortunate. We sometimes get breaks but not many. Best wishes. Can you blast some music on your headphones? Sometimes that can help.

No music doesn’t work for me. When I listen to it I usually know what their singing an the voices think I’m talking about my self. I like to watch sports because anything could happen. Thanks though

I hope you get up the strength to tell those voices off. But they get seductive don’t they. I mean, there’s a reason we listen to them. Wish I could bite their heads off.
Lol I know what you mean. Nothing worse than being bullied an not knowing who or wat it is.
I got rid of the voices with medication but with the medication 70% of my capacity to function. It took me 3 weeks till just 10 minutes ago to vacuum the apartment. The dishes need doing and a brief clean up to make it look ordered. I am so not motivated and procastinate. I am just sitting and drink coffees away. The occasional glass of water as well.
Ya it can be difficult. I just finished cleaning out my garage, nice an neat now. It took a lot to get me out there.
I hear constant negative voices. I’m sorry to hear you go through something similar.
I find that when I’m scared or stressed they’re worse. And at night I keep my headphones on.

With the medications I feel like brain dead.My level of concentration dropped immensely. There is this website where you can train the brain. I did it for years. Now I am not even interested. I am a real dummyboy now. I don’t like to get out of the house cause I can’t verbaly defend myself anymore.
@anon84157300 ya I forget a lot. Sometimes its tough to finish sentences. I’ll start off knowing what to say then have to think hard to remember the point or word to end the sentence

Yes 350 clozaril 300 seroquel ambien recently we’ve been increasing clozaril
That is different to my medication. I take zychlophonpixol and started with reluxi.

Nights are a drag sometimes. I look out for people I can call at night. This website is good for that. There were days in my life where I was able to fast and just drank water for 5 days. Not even a cigarette.
