Trying to trim down the christmas budget

I need to be more careful in what I spend. I can’t go over $500. Hoping it will be more like $400-450.
Each kid I’ll spent $75 each
Christmas exchange $80
Friends $30
Ex husband $30
Every year I end up spending more than I should. This year I can’t.
