When I started doing exercise I’ve done small amount of exercise too. I slowly increased as I felt more comfortable. I had severe negative symptoms at that time.

Thats what I am missing, feeling good from what I am doing. I never get comfortable, I just feel worse. Its anhedonia and avolition. Before sz I was going to the gym daily and I felt Good which motivated me. Since sz I lost that feeling completely.
You can recover that feeling good. Just keep doing that 3 minutes exercise and walking.

Modafinil works on the orexin receptors i believe
Its cheap to get from pdoc like 16 bucks for 90 pills or something.
It didnt work for me. I felt more spacey. And my sinuses got plugged to the moon

Sarcosine helps me a bit. I’d also swear that rosemary oil in my diffusers also helps (look up the research there). Mainly it’s mentally pushing myself HARD every day that does it.

I tried Sarcosine, it gave me headaches so I have been taking Glycine and Carnosine. Glycine is similar in action, stimulates NMDA, to Sarcosine but its weaker.
Its for narcolepsy, I don’t have that. Your Dr suggested it?
I suggested it and my pdoc prescribed it.

Tart cherry improves working memory.
First day when i took modafinil i find it extremely hard to sleep at night. For me i not find it much useful may be i have no day time drowsiness issue. I think its effect is similar to the energy get when taking vitamin b12 pill. Also tolerance quickly build up after few days when.i took no sleep issue at night and also not much difference when taking it.
If you find it hard to stay awake during day without the need of coffee tea etc then it will be useful. Concerning cognitive benefits make a list of things to do before taking it, it will help to focus.
