Transformation

I love to do something like this. I wish so much I can do this properly this time. I like to prove to myself that I can do this, I feel so sluggish. I promise myself I will feel better about myself.

Don’t know, it seems I am asking for permission to better myself. Should I get the ok from a doctor ?

If that is your goal go for it, but it looks like a damn hard thing to do.

When I was overweight I had a gut similar to that on the left, maybe a little smaller. My doctor told me it was putting me at risk for a heart attack?

The picture on the right is wishful thinking for me. I’ve lost over 75lbs and am a healthy weight now so I’m happy enough with my body as it is.

I think this transformation is 3 months. We’ll, I suggest it to my doctor as I am over 50 and have health problems like asthma. I haven’t done serious exercise in 10 years. I should make use of our public health insurance and get my progress monitored regularly over the transformation. I think I am ready.

It was my doctor that told me to lose weight every time I saw him. But when I was on olanzapine I couldn’t lose weight no matter what I did. I tried dieting, exercising. I bought a gym membership, nothing worked. It was only quitting olanzapine and switching to Lurasidone that let me lose weight and become healthy.

My doctor tells me to quit smoking. I feel so sorry sometimes as my doctor really cares. She will be so happy as it means I reduce smoking doing exercise. My diet will be subways for breakfast and lunch and all kinds of fruits as snacks throughout the day. Maybe I make my own sandwiches to make it cheaper.

My doctor said the same thing, he was always mentioning diet, exercise and quitting smoking. I smoked for 17 years, I started when I was 13 years old. I quit 13 years ago but it was damn hard. My first attempt was when I was 20 and I didn’t actually succeed until I was 30. It took me a decade and multiple attempts. I eventually just did it cold turkey.

You look slim on your selfies, like a model. Do you have your abs naturally?

Yes, I think cold Turkey is the way as well. I love smoking as a hobby. It’s difficult to replace it with something else. I can’t financially afford tabbacco anymore to the extend I use to. I am forced to reduce to 5 cigarettes a day or one smoke every 3 hours. The only reason I would work again is for the addiction. Feels like an alcoholic seaman doing the job for the rumrations in ancient times. I hear our government: raise the taxes and make them work harder.

people usually hold newspapers in things like this because it proves the date…they hold a paper from that day and it proves that it was indeed that day because if it was faked that newspaper could not have been published yet.

uh…im not sure exactly how it works but thats why people do it.

it just kinda proves “hey this is me today” i guess

so today is sept 22. so if i came on the forum and wanted to say “hey this is what i look like today guys”. if i wanted to prove it i could hold a news paper in the photo and it would be proof that its not a photo from 5 years ago

What if the before and after images the other way around ?

lol i dont know i havent thought it all the way through, kinda lazy lol

but yea i think the idea is … the prove that its a recent photo; that this is what i look like today

i mean technically you could save up a years worth of papers, then gain 100 lbs in a year then take pictures holding the news papers in reverse, and say hey guys last year i lost 100 lbs but then they could just say “show us a picture with a recent news paper”.

In the end I want to prove to myself. You need a proper certified commission to do the prove. For example when there is a prize involved in a competition. Personally I don’t compete, it’s more for honour, dignity and improving my values. It’s something to do, I will see my life from a different perspective. I don’t need to do it, maybe it’s a bad thing as I can’t keep up this new lifestyle and fall back into my old habits and live worse as I live now. Well, I can’t see the future.
