Tornado warning 😨

We we’re just issued a tornado warning. Sirens are going off and I’m cleaning up my safety closet. Toys everywhere. I’m scared because the house is shaking. :cold_sweat::fearful::nauseated_face::face_vomiting: I’m scared!

@everhopeful @disciple @Ninjastar oh I hope we’ll be ok. It’s coming right over us. We don’t have a basement. We’re in a small closet right now. I’m watching the radar to see when it’ll pass.

I’m glad you’re ok. When we have a tornado warning, we are state ordered to stay in the basement hallway - which I hate to do but it’s for our own safety.

It’s such a relief to know it’s passed. I’m glad you’re safe. One thing you might do in a tornado is get pillows and blankets to cover up your heads. That’s the most vulnerable part of your body.

I live in Oklahoma and we have been having a great deal of tornado watches…since your sirens went off there must have been one on the ground??

Yeah, there was one in our town. It was an f2. We’re not out of the woods yet. The south is experiencing a lot of thunderstorms right now.
