Nice pics.
I just chilled on my bed. I have a computer setup looking up. Was pulsing PEMF against my head on and off, and drinking lots of “John Ellis Water”. Brain feels quite nice.
Having a good time, but guilt is creeping in. I’m starting to feel like I should work.

The water is a game changer, I feel. My brain inflammation levels are so good, in spite of eating really suboptimal stuff today (grilled cheese sandwiches and 2 l soda.)
