I took my mum out today to a nice seaside town, its her birthday soon and i’ve been wanting to take her out for a while, it was good fun walking along the beach and looking at the boats in the harbour,
I am tired now though, recovering.

That sounds really nice. 
I enjoyed it as well, I felt really good for a change and i think its bc i skipped dinner last night and just had some bread/butter I’m cutting down my food intake atm. My mums guide dog liked it as well, it was her first time on a boat and also her first time on a sandy beach.
