I have so much bodily anguish from these pills and food doesnt digest. And i dont feel like doing anything ever. Just torn in every direction all the time. I just feel like i need to shed this body like a snake. So much pain. Liqour does nothing. Pills like painkillers do nothing. I cant stand this body. Talking doesnt help me. Sleep doesnt help. Its just too much

Why is your body in such tough shape.? I broke my neck in a violent car accident years ago, so I know all about chronic pain. What is the cause of yours if you don’t mind my asking?

Hurt something in my lower back years ago lifting a trailer gate. Pain runs down my leg. And then hurt that same ankle and foot falling down a hill. Now my upper right back is all messed up and my left neck. Left knee is starting to go. I assume i walk different because of it. I never looked into it. My mom years ago took me to see a back specialist when it happened but i never followed up. And she started to get sick so. Been about 17 years now. But i try to go for numbing shots when i can. Its hard to take pain killers all the time. My muscles seize and relax at different times. Tbh no idea what all of it is. Could be that and some other condition mixed in. I probably did okay for 5 years because i was young.

Sounds like a pinched nerve. I don’t know how you feel about it, but a chiropractor has been putting me back on my feet for 35 years now. Of course, if you look into it, Choose Wisely. There’s good ones and bad ones, like everything else
I wrecked my back when I was twenty-two, picking up a furnace to throw it on an assembly line by myself. I was a welder at the time. Then I broke my neck, my pelvis, my arm Etc including spinal cord injuries.
So I know the kind of ■■■■ you’re going through. Be well

Thanks so much man. My brother and me were both against chiro. Until he pinched a nerve as well and had a friend that owned his own practice. Sorted him right out as well. I might go to his guy if he isnt too embarrised of me.

If the guys any good, he can put you in a better place in less than 2 minutes. My chiropractor, I’m in and out within 15 minutes and most of that is either under a heat pack, or shooting the ■■■■ with him when we’re done. He’s a super cool guy
The actual adjustment only takes about 30 seconds. But it only makes sense, if your spine is misaligned and it’s pinching a nerve, nothing… Absolutely nothing is going to fix it until it’s back in his proper place. If you can trust your brother’s word that he’s good at what he does, it’s worth a look. Ask some questions

Yeah. Im usually pretty good at discerning stuff these days. My brother also tends to know only stand up citizens. It doesnt help also that i
dont drink enough water
Overweight
Lack of exercise
Stress
But also thats cause i can barely move too so. Kinda a viscious cycle. The only time i am able to work out for periods of time is when i take tylenol 3s. But i have to go off them after 6 months or a year because its just not managable to take them. The shots help though. It uncramps the muscle and lets the blood flow again.
Also i dont know if all my swings of moods are caused entirely by pain. But as a general rule. If my body feels good (which is rarely the case) i dont have much to be upset about. Unless its noise.
Thats when im seen writing poetry type stuff on here though. When i have time to taste the essence of life!

I’m glad to see you still have the spark in you. I’m so glad the shots help you, I can only imagine the pain you’re in. I have considered getting spinal cord injections myself, but there is of course a risk
