A typical veg box contains
For example

Potatoes
Onions
Carrots
Asparagus
Fennel
Purple sprouting broccoli
Courgettes
Pak Choi
Batavia lettuce
Cucumber

Or other options like

Onions
Carrots
Sweet potatoes
Broad beans
Asparagus
Leeks
Purple sprouting broccoli
Salanova lettuce
Romano pepper
Tomatoes

I get these with no real plans of what to do with them
But typically get maybe 6 or so bowls of soup (spices? garlic, coconut milk)
and a serves 2 stir fry, (tamari soya sauce oil tofu water) something to roast (oil and salt) and something to boil (bit of vegan butter)

I suppose a few store cupboards staples I have are
Weetabix
Oats
Bran flakes
Dried berries and fruits
Oat milk
Nuts some variety but not Brazil’s very often
Know what you like or you might end up buying stuff you don’t eat
Lemons for squeezing in water (hot or cold)
Limes as well sometimes
0.0% beer
Tomato tins
Coconut milk tins
Tins of beans and chick peas
Dried beans if you can actually be bothered
Lentils
Vegan natural yeast paste and flakes
Olive Tapenade and olives
Nut butters cashew almond hazelnut peanut
Seed butters sunflower tahini
Sourdough bread
Baked beans
Sweet potatoes
Crisps
Rice
Quinoa
Sultanas
Orange juice
Seeds
Tofu
Tamari
Flour for things like chapati
An abundance of veg
Some fruit
Soft fruit in summer

Always vitamin b12

A nutri mixer for the occasional protein shake
