bound for Banbury, England. Two hours south of London, I believe. I’m attending a piano intensive retreat. Im all packed and ready. I just need to do my yoga tonight.
I’m really excited. A bit nervous too I must admit because I’m going alone.

I’m happy for you. Try relaxation techniques throughout the day tomorrow including before you leave home to help you be in a better state of mind.
I’m trying to do that myself when I need to leave the house. I still get anxious but it’s less intense
I thought you were in America
I am in the US @daydreamer . I’m going on a trip to the UK tomorrow.
Thats very cool i wish i could just jump on a plane like that, it must have cost quite a bit i’d imagine, I really hope you enjoy yourself
Enjoy your trip @SkinnyMe !
Sounds like a great trip. Safe travels and enjoy your time in England!
Enjoy your time there!
Have a safe flight …
All the best @SkinnyMe
I was also thinking of starting keyboard at some point. It looks fun
Thank you @daydreamer. Yes. I know that I am very blessed.
Thankyou @Bowens.
Thanks a whole lot @rogueone. I know I will.
Thankyou @HollyHobbie!
Thank you too @anon63380492 !
Thanks @Zoe.
I encourage you! I’ve been at it for 16 years now and its been never a dull moment. Ie., its always been quite challenging.
And I started at age 46 so, you you can never be too old either.
@LilyoftheValley , I believe in slow, deep breathing for anxiety. Very hard to do while in the throes of the moment, but it does seem to take the edge off a bit.
have fun on your trip =)
hopefully will be a nice time there
