When my step son gets home from school, we will tie dye some shirts, then this evening we take him to stay at his grandmas/moms for the weekend. (He doesn’t have school Friday)

just got back from my pdoc appt. just chilling the rest of the day.

oh it was great…!! I get along very well with my pdoc and she was excited to hear my news of meeting my new artist friend and playing music for the upcoming art walk here in town that I’m going to do.

I did a few chores and made lunch. Now I’m kinda melting into the cushioned office chair. I have no more energy. Zero. Zilch. 
Not sure what I’ll do for the next few hours. Everything sounds like it’ll take energy that I don’t have.

I manifested it for myself in 2012 I said “I have SAD” when they brought it up in IOP.
Previous? Winters were bad. But ever since I said that they’re pure hell for me.
