I like when we put differences aside and agree on having hard lives. Sometimes I think some of us forget that we all have hard lives, even the most successful of us have hard lives. We all have one seriously shitty hand of cards dealt to us. Some are better at playing card games, and that’s just the bottom line.
I always tell myself every morning that people out there find themselves in similar situations as mine. My mornings are quite shitty.
I think people with this illness need to realize that they are not alone. In fact, I think it is crucial to the process of recovery.

Like the unicorn, I am unreal and imaginary and I have started a notebook just for that. I have one that journals my “psychotic” and other stuff. I even have started for finances. My notebooks, journals are my lifeline. Take care darksith. You are beautiful person.

Managed to evade another episode. I calmed down and am actually doing ok today, better than I’ve been all this week! It was just nasty, but I’m back to normal again it seems
