Just having a bit of fun. 
At other people’s expense. Like @ThePickinSkunk, women, victims of abuse (domestic and otherwise), and people who may be overweight. Sorry, a sense of humor isn’t a big deal, but these are a little inconsiderate and seem to be making fun of others in a mean way. Seems like it’s the same thing as that last conflict, when certain people have issues, you don’t think they are important enough to care about or acknowledge.
The pic of the lady and the comment seems to be a continuation of your apparently unfair views on women.

The lady in the photo looks healthy to me. She may not be what you consider “normal weight” but even if she was unhealthy, it’s nature of the comment that I think may be inappropriate.
There are a lot of people and I think respecting the diversity of all of us might be the issue.
