Anyone have a particular time of the day during which their symptoms appear. I feel my symptoms more at night.
The vast majority of my admissions to hospital have occurred at night.
don’t know, maybe I should keep more records.
Our body and brain are tired at night. It may cause the symptoms.
That’s something to consider.
Sometimes, specially if I drink too much coffee, I tend to feel and ear things at the time that precedes sleep and might have nightmares. Synaesthetic hallucination are also more active. I have the idea that what is hallucinatory augments, in this condition, by night. Socially stressful events tend to wake up paranoia and delusion independently of the hour of the day…
Night, without a doubt
Same for me, @anna
More proof of being upside down, Mornings for me. Nighttime brings the inevitable relief, relaxation and deep sleep.
I feel better as the day goes on, mornings are worse for me.
My hallucinations were stress-related and tended to crop up during the workday. My delusions were mood related and tended to show up in the middle of the night.
Mornings mostly for visual hallucinations.
Night time for tactile hallucinations.
Mostly in the night.
