Yanking my thumb out of my mouth (mentally) is making me unnecessarily tense.
Don’t be afraid to complain. Being aware of what there is to complain about is progress.
Normally only food and water in my mouth.
I’m referring to what made baby tense.
Oh thinking baby let you tense? You fear about baby and children?
The tension is actual, not fearful. I’m just connecting with my child-self.
