I lost a sh*t-ton of weight my freshman year of college haha nevermind the Freshman 15. Maybe cause the school’s cafeteria wasn’t quite the same as mom’s cooking.

I was 135-140lb in university. I gained 160lb since being on antipsychotics.

I hear ya man, I’ve also gained a ton of weight since college. Bad diet, APs, and lack of exercise have been the main culprits. It’s tough, getting motivated to workout again.
