Thought it was a heart attack

Last night I was experiencing the worst chest and back pain… I almost had my mom call the ambulance but it hurt so bad I didn’t have the willpower to go to my moms room… I ended up throwing up for awhile and the pain went away🤷‍♀️

This has honestly happened a few times… Idk what it is or why it happens…

Anyone else have this happen?
I know I know… I need to go to a doctor and ask

It sounds serious, you need to report it to your Dr.

Yes, I’d report that for sure. Especially if it’s happened a few times. Chest pains are serious.

Oh gosh @anon67051439 @everhopeful @Wave

I don’t have a primary care doctor/provider set up or anything… I don’t even know how to go about this, but I’ll get it figured out

Chest/back pain usually signals heart conditions. Don’t waste any time, get yourself checked !

And of coarse it’s freakin Saturday… so can’t exactly call to set up an appointment

I had something similar a few years ago. I went to the dr and he said my stomach went into spasm. I was given meds for like 7 days or so and I was fine. Talk to your doctor, as it could be more serious like your heart.

Do you have health insurance? If so, call them Monday morning to see if they can tell you the contact information on primary drs in network with your plan. Then call for an appointment

Interesting… did he say why that happens?

It sounds serious enough to go the ER @anon61987434
You don’t want to wait much longer.
It could be related to your heart.

Sorry but I can’t remember the reason for it going into spasm as it was quite a few years ago.

I’ve had that. I feel the pain from my chest to my back. Once it lasted for like 5 hours.

Someone told me it might be gallstones?

@anon28864342 This is very dangerous “advice” you are giving. Chest pains are nothing to mess around with. @anon61987434 needs to see a doctor.

Are you an OB-GYN? A cardiologist?

Spouting off platitudes about motherhood is not helpful, and as I said, is downright dangerous. And I hope your “advice” is ignored.

Please seek medical help ASAP @anon61987434.

@anon28864342 you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Stop giving “advice” now.

@anon61987434, there are many conditions that can cause chest and back pain. From GERD to actual heart attack.

Don’t play around. Go to the ER if this continues. We are not doctors and no one here is qualified to give medical advice.

I’ve heard that too… from one of my friends who had to get it removed… she said she was in so much pain she was shaking
