Those who are on mounjaro, healthy diet and exercise

Just some questions for those people who are on mounjaro and adopt an extremely healthy lifestyle. How much weight did you guys lost and on how much mg of mounjaro?

I started on 2.5 mg and lost about 10 lbs, then 5mg and lost about 20 lbs, then I got bumped up to 7.5mg and lost about 17 lbs and now I’m on 10 mg and lost about 3 lbs. I wouldn’t say I adapted an extremely healthy lifestyle but for my diet I eliminated most sugar and loosely adapted the Mediterranean diet.

I eat a lot of chicken and salmon and occasionally shrimp. I don’t eat sugary cold cereals, I don’t eat processed meat like bacon, sausage, hotdogs or bologna, I don’t eat canned foods like soup and chili. I try to eat vegetables and whole grain bread, rice and pasta. I eat some fruit handsome dairy.

What made you to go up in dosage granted that you were losing a lot of weight on a lower dosage? How long did you take to lose the 10lb on 2.5mg?

What weight did you start out with?

I started out at 323 lbs. On the 2.5 it took about two months. My weight loss stalled on each of those lower doses. Thus now I am on 10mg.

Did you exercise by walking?
