Yeah, I may not technically die, but I sure feel like Im on my way after taking the 5 or 6 flights 3 times a day at work some days. Lol.

JK. In all seriousness, even though its really exhausting and even painful with burning to a certain extent. Taking the stairs have done wonders for my energy level, weight loss and diabetes.

Not to say that I am not happy to reduce it to 2 times a week instead of 4, though…
