I take 1500mg L-serine daily these days. It seems to help me sleep. It may help some people and cause decline in others. I guess it depends on which study one looks at. I think that it causes decline is contrary to most studies. Just more evidence that we are all different and not the same works for everyone.
L-serine is thought to be why people live so long in Japan. It’s found in seafood which the Japanese eat a lot out of.
