So from a tech perspective there are not encumbrances, especially now. Financial issues are largely out but organizationally, this is prohibitive. I’m just not sure what the laws are around this and it’s difficult to get the laws on the books, let alone understand their jargon… 
Most things I find when looking for the laws about tracking people and influencing people in this way are also unsettling to read and don’t tell me about the legality of it all… Essentially, it may be a grey area in the law as technology has far outpaced the law’s ability to keep up with it…
Besides a couple things in this video, this definitely could be the case.

I was able to talk to my support person again. I’m feeling less panicked now. Still uneasy but less panicked.

So if the government spies on us. And we are sick thinking they are spying on us. Does them spying mean we are cured?
Some of those experiences they describe are very real to patients. I did not find it amusing. Then as they talk about it they just feed into the belief systems of those who are struggling with reality.

I took an exceedingly hot shower so I feel much better now. I hope that will calm me enough to get some sleep tonight. 
I’m sorry @everhopeful. I didn’t mean to freak out like that. Sometimes things that are portrayed as real but aren’t can really through me.
I love horror movies but there is a genre called DocuHorror that has really messed me up sometimes. So again, I’m really sorry.
