Basically I have not spoken any English since 2002, but this forum opened an avenue for me to maintain my English abilities. In addition to this, I have learned a lot about our illness and related matters.

I’m training my English in this forum as well (Brazilian). What’s incredible is that we can see all the latest news here (e.g.: latest meds that are being developed).

This forum is filled with nice people. I don’t feel so lonely here.
I have been told Finnish is a very difficult language to learn.
